August 2025

August 1/2: Dill Pickle - Our sandwich loaf made with pickle brine, some really garlicky dills, and lots of fresh dill.

August 8/9: Sweet Peach Swirl - Ontario peaches cooked down into a rich butter and swirled it into a soft, buttery, cinnamony dough.

August 15/16: Walnut Loaf -
A timeless classic - our country loaf loaded with toasty walnuts.

August 22/23: Deconstructed Pesto and Tomato - basil, parmesan, pine nuts, and dried tomatoes in a light rye base.

August 29/30: Cheddar and Chive - Sandwich loaf with plenty of sharp cheddar and homegrown chives.
