Order Form - September 2025

Find our monthly bread and baked goods schedule below.

Fill out the form to order your bread for pickup.

All of our bread is naturally leavened with wild-caught sourdough starter. No commercial yeast or “sourdough flavour” is used.

In general, our bread is composed of three ingredients: flour, water, and salt, with added ingredients such as seeds, oils, produce, etc. We source organic, unmodified white (unbleached) flour from Meuniere Milanaise in Saint Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, and whole grains grown on small farms in Ontario and milled by K2 Milling in Bradford, Ontario.

Sourdough bread takes three days to completion. Due to this extended process, orders must be submitted at least one day before pickup. Day-of orders cannot be guaranteed to be filled. Please specify the quantity of loaves you’d like.

If you would like to order more than four loaves at a time, order with at least three days notice.

Daily Bread - August 2025

Tuesdays / Red Fife - 40% red fife flour and 60% unmodified winter wheat flour boule. Red fife is a heritage grain with earthy, spicy flavours.

Wednesdays / Sesame Spelt - 20% spelt loaf with added sesame seeds to enhance spelt’s natural nutty flavour. The loaf is rolled in sesame seeds for a crust reminiscent of Montreal bagels - treat it as such, you won’t be disappointed.

Thursdays / Light Rye - 20% rye loaf with caraway and coriander. Malty and tangy, this is a great stand in for most applications of bread. We love it with creamed honey for breakfast, with tomatoes for lunch, or to complement a hearty stew (because those days are nigh).

Fridays / Multigrain Pan Loaf - mixed rye, red fife, spelt, and winter wheat flours combined for a soft, fragrant, robust sandwich loaf.

Saturdays / Sandwich Loaf - this 100% organic winter wheat pan loaf is softened with butter and baked in a pan for the classic feel of your favourite white bread, but with all the benefits that come along with sourdough and quality ingredients.

Every Day / Country Loaf - 10% red fife flour - an all around crowd pleaser!

Weekend Bread Specials

September 5/6: Raisin Chai

Country loaf dough hydrated with chai tea, spiked with turmeric, and loaded with soaked raisins. Cozy, but not as far as PSL.

September 12/13: Everyseed

We add just about every type of seed we have in our kitchen to this loaf - flax, sunflower, sesame, fennel, pumpkin, and poppy - then coat the dough in more of the same. This is the time for apricot or peach preserves and soft cheeses.

September 19/20: Apple and Oatmeal

Oat porridge bread hydrated with local apple cider, layered with wild apples from our farm, and a bit of cinnamon. This is why fall is the best season…

September 26/27: Squash and Sage

…or maybe this is why fall is the best season? 20% spelt loaf infused with fresh sage, with pockets of roasted squash throughout.
