September 2025

September 5/6: Raisin Chai - country loaf dough spiked with chai tea and turmeric, loaded with soaked raisins.

September 12/13: Everyseed - we add just about every type of seed we have in our kitchen to this loaf - flax, sunflower, sesame, fennel, pumpkin, and poppy.

September 19/20: Apple and Oatmeal -
oat porridge bread hydrated with apple cider, layered with apples and a bit of cinnamon.

September 26/27: Squash and Sage - 20% spelt loaf with pockets of roasted squash, and fresh sage throughout.
