Rich and creamy pumpkin custard in our all-butter flakey pie pastry, crowned with pepita brittle. 9” pie serves 6-8.
Basque Cheesecake
White chocolate cheesecake made in the Basque style - no crust, burnt top, creamy centre - served with a pear compote. 8×4” pan, serves 6-8. Made without gluten.

Our country loaf made with house-made chicken stock, caramelized onion and celery, dried fruits, and fresh herbs. Use it to stuff your turkey, or as a base for leftovers sandwiches.
Country Loaf
Our most popular loaf of sourdough. 10% red fife flour and 90% unmodified organic winter wheat flour. Soft, open crumb, and a light crispy crust. Good for just about any application.
Dinner Rolls
Wee sourdough buns, super soft with lots of butter and eggs added to the dough. Sold in pack of 8. Try them with house made sage butter.
